ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

With a focus on the client’s goals and success, CCA provides a wide variety of architectural services that, together, bring a project to a successful completion.  Our expertise in the following areas sets us apart from our competition.

SITE SELECTION + EVALUATION

the FIRST STEP

A client’s first contact with a new location is often with a real estate broker who knows what sites are available for purchase or lease. However, the broker may not know how to technically qualify the location as appropriate for the client’s use, budget, or schedule. CCA works with the client and broker from the inception of site selection to qualify sites whether the project is for a school, housing, or a commercial business. CCA will prepare a quick property and zoning analysis and can visit sites in-person to prepare a report on the pros and cons of a particular property. CCA’s work from the beginning of site selection and evaluation will prevent costly mistakes and project entitlement delays.

PROGRAMMING

The needs of the project come first

CCA’s priority is to spend one-on-one time with the client to ensure the project goals and design issues are clearly understood by all parties. We take the time to listen and understand the needs of the client.  We then provide preliminary recommendations regarding project viability and constructability. CCA designs projects that are functional, useful, and adaptable for their clients. Project design starts with a written program of space functions and space relationships which CCA diagrams and plans with expertise. CCA’s careful program documentation and analysis at the outset lay the groundwork for the quick schematic design and budget analysis to determine if a site, budget, and schedule are viable.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

A FRESH APPROACH FOR EACH PROJECT

CCA utilizes many architectural styles and tailors a design to meet the aesthetic appropriate for a client’s project. We listen to and work with our clients to provide the designs they need. CCA is forward-thinking in its design approach and makes a lasting and vibrant visual impact on each project’s location. CCA is skilled in the thoughtful and tasteful use of building materials to meet the client’s budget and schedule. CCA’s clients and end-users enjoy working and living in our buildings, as demonstrated by a steady workload of repeat business.  We expand and build new venues, through our repeat business, using a client’s preferred prototypes of schools and commercial buildings. CCA’s clients appreciate that their projects are buildable, functional, adaptable, and reusable.  The highest compliment an Architect receives is the favorable impact of a client’s project, demonstrated by repeat business.

Interior design

A FRESH APPROACH FOR EACH PROJECT

CCA has in-house interior design staff with the knowledge, skill, and talent to make any project beautiful and coordinated, from exterior colorization to the furnishings and graphics inside every space. Their interior designers will prepare material samples, including furniture selections, lighting, and color palettes. CCA will render options for a client to quickly consider the range of options a space or building may require.  CCA guides their client as they make appropriate interior design choices with confidence.

PROJECT ENTITLEMENTS, Plans & Permits

BUILT ON RELATIONSHIPS

CCA has developed strong relationships with the jurisdictions we have been involved with on a repeat basis throughout Arizona. From the beginning of a project, CCA has an established method of reaching out and meeting face-to-face with the multiple authorities having jurisdiction over a project, whether working on a local or national level.  Our work ensures the entitlement and permit process starts with a plan, schedule, and goal of successful completion. CCA has an amazing track record of entitling challenging projects in a 45-90 day window with multiple agencies. Our efficient entitlement and permit process provide more time to focus on design and construction.
